Refund Policy

Refunds apply to paid Private SOS requests only. Public and anonymous questions are free.

Before guidance is sent

If you paid and we have not yet issued Private SOS guidance, email founder@phdsos.com within 7 days of payment to request a refund.

After guidance is sent

Once written guidance has been delivered, refunds are considered case by case by PhDSOS. Disagreement with advice, academic outcomes, or examiner decisions are not automatic grounds for a refund.

How to request

Include your account email and order or case reference. Refunds, when approved, are returned by the original payment method where the provider allows it.
